E-Rotary Youth Leadership Programm

The Rotary E-Club of Southern Scotland announces an opportunity for 15 exceptional young leaders across Europe to embark on a 4-month leadership program to empower the next generation of leaders to serve and grow through Rotary.

• Personal Growth: Foster self-awareness and confidence to become an impactful leader. Who Should Apply: We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals aged 21 – 28 years old, committed to their professional development and keen on driving positive change in their communities.
Ideal candidates will:
• have clear educational and career goals;
• represent countries from the UK, Europe, including Central Eastern Europe ( e.g. Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, etc)
• be available for virtual meetings via Zoom • commit to 2- 3 hours per month
• have a good command of English.
Application Requirements:
Applicants must submit the following: • A motivation letter explaining their desire to drive positive change in their communities
• Confirmation of sponsoring support from their Rotary club (or Rotaract club), 70 GBP (or other currency equivalent) Program duration and Commitment • Start Date: 15 April 2025
• Graduation Date: 31 July 2025 • Time Commitment: 1,5h once a month (virtual session) +1 hour for participation in additional activities within smalls groups (virtual).
